Eric S. Bouchard

Eric S. Bouchard, MPT
Eric received his Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from American International College in Springfield, Massachusetts in the fall of 2000. While at AIC, he completed internships in orthopaedics in the outpatient/inpatient setting. Eric joined the OA Physical Therapy Center in Windham in May 2010 as a staff physical therapist. He was previously employed by an orthopaedic clinic in southern Maine where he treated a variety of musculoskeletal injuries and post-surgical patients. He also performs per diem work at a local facility providing sub-acute skilled rehabilitation services.

Eric has attended various courses in the management of musculoskeletal disorders of the shoulder, knee, foot and ankle. Eric has a special interest in lower extremity biomechanics and in providing post-surgical rehabilitation for the shoulder and knee. He believes in an exercise-based approach while incorporating manual techniques and concepts from Maitland, McKenzie, and Mulligan.

Eric currently resides in Buxton with his wife Erin. He enjoys mountain biking, road cycling, and basketball.
