Lisa A. Tabenken, ANP-BC, WHNP-BC, RN-C
Lisa received her Master’s Degree from Boston College in 1997 initially certifying as a Women’s Health NP. After several years working in various ambulatory care settings in Women’s Health, she returned to school to broaden her clinical scope of practice. She completed a post Masters Certificate from University of Massachusetts Boston in 2010 leading to additional certification as an Adult NP. She works in the preadmission area of the OA’s Surgery Center supporting the Hand Center and other OA providers by performing histories and physicals and preparing patients for outpatient surgery. She is certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center and the National Certification Corporation. Professional Associations include American College of Nurse Practitioners and Sigma Theta Tau International Nursing Honor Society, Alpha Chi Chapter.
