Stephen J. Kelly, M.D.

Hip and Knee Replacement Surgery

Dr. Kelly graduated from Case Western Reserve University (Ohio) with a degree in Biomedical Engineering. He received his degree in medicine from the Medical College of Pennsylvania - Hahnemann University. He served his residency in orthopaedic surgery at the University of Vermont. Following his residency, he completed the Otto E. Aufranc Fellowship in Adult Reconstruction (Joint Replacement) at New England Baptist Hospital in Boston. He has authored a number of papers in the field of joint replacement. His interests include minimally invasive knee and hip surgery, alternative bearing surfaces in joint replacement, and revision joint replacement. He is a director of the Joint Replacement program at Mercy Hospital. Dr. Kelly is a fellow of the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery. He is also a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and a candidate member of the American Association of Hip and Knee Surgeons.
