Physician Assistant - Portland
We have an opportunity available for a Physician Assistant to perform patient management in an office and surgical setting as part of our joint replacement team. Current Maine state licensure and board certification (or ability to acquire within 1 -2 months), prior medical/surgical experience, strong organizational skills and a continuing desire to learn in a dynamic work environment are required.
Clinical Supervisor - Portland
We have an opportunity available for an energetic professional to oversee the daily clinical operations by providing guidance, motivation and direction to a 30 member clinical staff team. The successful candidate will also lead quality improvement efforts to implement process changes and support staff in delivering high quality patient care in a subspecialty orthopaedic office setting. A nursing degree or degree in a related field and minimum of three years supervisory experience in a hospital or surgical office setting with excellent communication and conflict resolution skills is required. Orthopaedic experience desired.
Patient Services Supervisor - Portland
We seek an enthusiastic individual to coordinate and supervise the 25 members of the patient services team to create and support a culture that ensures the patient is at the center of all we do. This position will have a strong emphasis on patient access and satisfaction, enhancing referral source relationships, and scheduling of provider services. At least three years of progressively responsible patient scheduling/registration experience with demonstrated supervisory skills, problem-solving abilities, and knowledge of customer service principles with an emphasis on patient contact is required. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills as well as proficiency in computer-based scheduling systems, with GE Groupcast experience desired.
Medical Office Assistant - Saco
Monday, Tuesday and Friday 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
The friendly, enthusiastic professional we seek will handle a variety of responsibilities including: computerized scheduling of patient appointments and diagnostic tests, checking patients in and out of the practice, chart preparation, answering telephones, and other clerical functions. The successful candidate must be organized, detail-oriented and possess the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Excellent customer service skills are required with medical office experience preferred.
PT Receptionist - Windham
Per Diem Monday - Thursday, 3:00-6:00 PM
Do you enjoy being the first point of contact with patients? Do you have excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment?
If so, we seek an enthusiastic self-starter to schedule appointments, check patients in and out of the physical therapy center, collect payment for services, perform insurance verifications, and help efficiently maintain patient satisfaction to work on an as needed basis. Prior secretarial/reception experience in a physical therapy and/or medical office setting preferred.
Registered Nurse - OR
Per Diem Position
Are you a Registered Nurse, seeking a per diem, day shift position with no weekends, holidays or call? If so, we have an opportunity available for an enthusiastic professional devoted to the highest quality of patient care to join our Surgical Center on an as needed basis.
Previous experience in an ambulatory surgical setting, the desire to cross train and flexibility in work hours is required. Current ACLS training is preferred.
