Physical Therapist

Are you an experienced Physical Therapist, seeking a position working four days per week (10 hour days) with no weekends or holidays? If so, we have an opportunity available for a talented and motivated professional to provide sports medicine services in an open concept, 4500 square foot sports clinic. We are looking for a high energy team player with advanced treatment and communication skills. Must have 2+ years experience in outpatient orthopaedic sports medicine for this highly athletic/active patient population. Current Maine state license in Physical Therapy is required. Additional ATC or CSCS qualification is a plus.


Physical Therapist (Hand Therapist) – Saco

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Hand Therapist to join our new Saco sports complex. This is a part time position (12-24 hours per week) with potential to grow to full time if desired. The high energy team player we seek will work with our hand surgeons to provide care to athletes and post-operative patients. Current Maine state license in Physical Therapy, advanced treatment and communication skills, and at least 5 years of hand therapy experience required; CHT or CHT eligibility preferred.

Appointment Specialist

The enthusiastic professional we seek will handle a variety of responsibilities including telephone triage of acute injuries, scheduling patient appointments, pre-registration, & other clerical functions. The successful candidate must be organized, detail-oriented and possess the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Excellent customer service skills are required with prior medical office experience preferred.

Health Information Technician

Are you an organized and detail-oriented individual who seeks an evening position working in a medical office on an as-needed basis? If so, the professional we seek in this highly active position will retrieve and file patient records and correspondence, deliver patient records throughout the organization, as well as perform other health information tasks. Strong customer service and communication skills are required while familiarity with medical terminology and computer literacy are desired.

Full-time employees (32 – 40 hours/week) are eligible for the following benefit programs after 30 days of employment:

The following paid time off benefits are available after 90 days of employment to employees whose regular work schedule is 20 – 40 hours/week and is pro-rated based on his/her work week schedule:

Vacation Time 2 weeks/year; 3 weeks/year after 3 years of service; 4 weeks/year after 5 years; 5 weeks/year after 20 years
Sick Time 2 weeks per year – unused time can be:
  1. Carried over from year to year to a maximum of 10 weeks
  2. Converted to half and received as wellpay
  3. Converted to half and received as vacation time for upcoming year
Personal Time 2 days per year – depending on the holiday schedule

Other employee benefits available:

401(k) and Profit Sharing Eligible to enroll Jan 1st or July 1st following 1 year of employment - OA matches 25% of 1st 5% you contribute to the 401(k) Plan; Annually employees receive a discretionary Profit Sharing Plan contribution
