Sports massage is a form of massage that is used on an athlete before, during, and after they participate in a sporting event. Massage helps to promote flexibility of the body, improve neuromuscular firing patterns and increase circulation to muscles. Sports massage is also a great way to help relieve muscle fatigue or speed up your recovery from an injury.
