Greg received his Bachelors of Science in Clinical Exercise Science from Ithaca College in 2009.
Over the past four years Greg has had exposure to training various populations ranging from college faculty to professional athletes both as a personal trainer and a strength and conditioning coach. His passion for athletics and desire to help people improve their athletic ability has led him into the field of strength and conditioning.
Additionally Greg wrestled at the collegiate level and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach through the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
