Adult Total Conditioning Program
The description of the Adult Conditioning program goes here.

Our signature Total Conditioning class offers you the opportunity to improve on your speed, strength, endurance, flexibility, conditioning, gain knowledge of proper nutrition, and learn injury prevention. Total conditioning is an Intense, functional, performance based training session utilizing body weight, medicine balls, bands, dumbbells, agility ladders, hurdles, and plyo-boxes. It is a great alternative to “cardio” and refreshing training method guaranteed to challenge anyone who participates. Sessions use specific work to rest intervals dedicated to fat loss and offer significant training variety to discourage plateau’s and keep the body challenged.
