Foot and Ankle Center: Getting You Back on Your Feet
Foot and ankle injuries can be complex and debilitating. OA's Foot and Ankle Center provides comprehensive care by orthopedic specialists for the diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation for all types of foot and ankle problems. Sprains, fractures, arthritis, Achilles tendon, and ligament injuries are treated by a board certified and fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon. In addition, OA's foot and ankle specialist, Dirk G. Asherman, MD, works closely with our sports medicine physicians in managing common sports-related injuries of the foot and ankle. This collaborative approach between the physicians, along with OA's physical therapists, ensures effective treatment and a rapid return to function. Foot and ankle-related injuries are also supported on-site in our MRI Center, x-ray suites, by our casting and splinting professionals, the Surgery Center, and the Physical Therapy Center.
