Full-time employees (32 – 40 hours/week) are eligible for the following

The following paid time off benefits are available after 90 days of
employment to employees whose regular work schedule is 24 – 40
hours/week and is pro-rated based on his/her work week schedule: |
Vacation
Time 2 weeks/year; 3 weeks/year after 3 years of
service; 4 weeks/year after 5 years; 5 weeks/year after 20 years
Sick Time 2
weeks per year – can be carried over from year to year to a maximum of 10
weeks
Personal Time 2 days
per year – depending on the holiday schedule
