Full-time employees (32 – 40 hours/week) are eligible for the following benefit programs after 30 days of employment:

Health Insurance*                             Choice of Anthem HMO Maine or Blue Choice PPO Plans
Dental Insurance*                             Securian Dental - 100% Preventive, 80% Basic Restorative, 50% Major Restorative/Orthodontics
Flexible Spending Accounts*            Combined Services – Pre-tax Medical & Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts
Life and AD&D Insurance                  UNUMProvident - 1 X Annual Salary up to $50,000
Supplemental Life and                      UNUMProvident – Supplemental coverage available for employees, spouses and dependents
AD&D Insurance*                         
Short Term Disability*                       UNUMProvident – Income replacement benefit pays 60% of basic weekly pay for up to 13 weeks of disability
Long Term Disability                         UNUMProvident – After 90 days of employment; pays 66 2/3 % of monthly income after 90 days of disability 
The following paid time off benefits are available after 90 days of employment to employees whose regular work schedule is 24 – 40 hours/week and is pro-rated based on his/her work week schedule:
Vacation Time                      2 weeks/year; 3 weeks/year after 3 years of service; 4 weeks/year after 5 years; 5 weeks/year after 20 years
Sick Time                            2 weeks per year – can be carried over from year to year to a maximum of 10 weeks
Personal Time                      2 days per year – depending on the holiday schedule

Other employee benefits available:

401(k) and Profit Sharing                  Eligible to enroll Jan 1st or July 1st following 1 year of employment - OAP matches 25% of 1st 5% you contribute to the 401(k) Plan; Annually employees receive a discretionary Profit Sharing Plan contribution
Holiday Time                                   9 days per year with no waiting period – may change depending on calendar year
Holiday Gifts & Events                      Holiday Trees, Turkeys/Ham/Fruit, Holiday party, Summer Cruise, Employee Appreciation Luncheons
Voluntary Personal Insurance            Auto, home, recreational vehicle insurance available at a group discount through payroll deduction
Fitness Center                                 On-site facility available to employees and their immediate family members at no charge
